Citi in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Custody Asset Servicing Senior Supervisor to lead a small team within our Investors Services Operations. The role focuses on reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events, with strong emphasis on risk awareness and service quality.

You will mentor staff, monitor metrics, and collaborate with internal partners to improve processes while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Citi policies.

Formación

• 5-6 years relevant experience in Custody Ops.
• Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays / extended working hours / able to work early shift (if required).
• Prior work experience in a related job that would provide a basic knowledge activities, policies, and procedures of the work area.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Can demonstrate a working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts related to the business.
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including: Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities.

Responsabilidades

• To manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• These activities include revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
• Supervises a small team consisting of support staff.
• Delegates and supervises straightforward tasks.
• Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, discipline, performance evaluations, promotion, compensation adjustments and termination.
• Creates and monitors appropriate metrics for the team managed.
