Citi in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Asset Servicing Senior Analyst to manage reconciling and processing positions related to corporate action events across international clients. The role requires deep knowledge of securities processing, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with Margin, Tax, Technology and Front/Middle office teams to service Prime Broker clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Securities Processing Analyst or related position performing corporate action processing.
• 5-8 years of experience in securities processing and corporate action processing.

Responsabilités

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications, notifications and postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
• Serve as primary contact for Prime Broker clients for Corporate Action and related events.
• Research and resolve client questions on Corporate Action and Dividend events.
• Collaborate with Margin, Tax, Technology, Front and Middle office to service clients.
• Perform reconciliations for client account positions related to Corporate Action/Dividend events.
• Guide clients on the life-cycle of Events for Equity and Fixed Income products.
• Craft client communications, including spreadsheets, in response to client questions.
• Identify and manage risk and escalate where needed.
• Attend client conference calls or in-person meetings; participate with custodians.
