Job summary

HELP University is seeking a senior IT analytics and CRM architect to bridge business needs with systems and data strategy. You will translate campus requirements into automated workflows, manage core architectures, and generate prescriptive insights for university leadership.

You will lead CRM, EMS, and LMS initiatives, design data pipelines, and build dashboards that drive strategic decisions across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant analytical field.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical specs.
• Experience with CRM architecture, data pipelines, and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to translate needs into requirements.
• Define functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate CRM/EMS/LMS capabilities and recommend upgrades or integrations.
• Manage lifecycle of CRM platforms and create workflow automations.
• Oversee API integrations between CRM and ERP/marketing databases.
• Design end-to-end data pipelines and data models for reporting.
• Build KPI dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for leadership.
• Conduct analytics: forecasting, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
