CUCKOO International (MAL) BERHAD is seeking a data-driven Senior Executive, CRM & App Engagement to lead user adoption, engagement, and retention for the CUCKOO+ app ecosystem. You will bridge marketing, product design, and technology to craft compelling digital journeys that boost lifetime value through targeted engagement.

In this role, you will plan cross-channel campaigns, implement loyalty initiatives, and analyze key app growth metrics to inform business decisions and optimize feature

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Information System or related discipline.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in CRM, Mobile App Marketing, Digital Engagement, or Loyalty Marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate cross-channel engagement campaigns to drive App Downloads, Registrations, and MAU.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Customer Service, and External Vendors to enhance app UI/UX and feature capabilities.
