Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in credit, risk management, finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk concepts, Basel/BNM guidelines and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in leading risk teams and communicating with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credit portfolio performance and risk across portfolios in line with risk appetite.
• Lead preparation of CAQ and governance materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate securitization reporting and onboarding with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain compliance with BNM SCEL policies and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee monitoring of connected parties and related dashboards for timely reporting.
• Lead stress testing data gathering, scenario analysis, and governance of models.
• Inspire and manage a high-performing team and engage senior management and regulators.
