Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) invites applications for the role of Head, Business Risk, Compliance & Projects, Cards. Lead methodologies for Credit Portfolio Management across Malaysia and regional markets for Cards and Personal Loans, ensuring alignment with risk standards.

You will strengthen reporting, deliver timely credit risk insights to senior management, and contribute to credit policy, modelling, and regulatory initiatives.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Credit Risk Management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Expertise in Credit Risk Analytics and Modelling.
• Working knowledge of Basel and FRS 9 frameworks.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Regional or multi-country portfolio experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Python or analytical tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead methodologies for measuring Credit Portfolio Management across MY and regional cards & personal loans.
• Support regional risk leaders in enhancing policies to align with best practices.
• Strengthen credit reporting and monitoring frameworks.
• Ensure timely delivery of Credit Risk reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Contribute inputs on credit recognition, measurement, and reporting (Basel, FRS 9).
• Provide expert inputs on policy, procedures, and risk analytics; support model development and maintenance.
• Assess and recalibrate statistical and credit risk models as needed.
• Facilitate development of scorecards and asset quality management.
