Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a background in credit assessment, risk management, and banking regulations (risk certification preferred).
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Credit Review, Credit Analysis, or Credit Risk Management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and big-picture strategic skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven leadership ability to delegate, motivate, and manage a high-performing credit risk team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex risk concepts to senior management and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Asset Quality, Sector Concentration, and Credit Portfolio Risk across Bank-wide, PFS, and BCB portfolios against Risk Appetite Statements, escalating breaches to senior management.
• Lead the compilation of the Credit Asset Quality (CAQ) presentation deck, governance materials, and routine portfolio reports for local and overseas operations.
• Coordinate operational workflows and reporting for Cagamas securitization with GALCO, Global Markets, and business partners to support funding strategies.
• Maintain BNM SCEL policies, compile the Top Exposure Dashboard, and provide primary advisory support to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee Connected Parties (CP) monitoring systems and dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory submissions to BNM.
• Execute data gathering, scenario execution, and reporting for Credit Stress Testing while strengthening model governance standards.
• Lead, motivate, and delegate tasks to the team while building strong relationships with senior management, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
