The Role and Impact
As a Senior CPU Circuit Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing custom digital circuits for CPUs, including memory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize power, performance, area, timing, and yield goals, while ensuring the functionality and reliability of CPU circuits. Key Responsibilities:

• Design custom digital circuits for CPU blocks, including memory, with a focus on optimizing power, performance, area, timing, and yield.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of hands-on experience OR Master's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of hands-on experience OR PhD with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for circuit design and verification.
• Experience in circuit simulation, timing analysis, noise analysis, and reliability evaluations.
• Strong understanding of advanced CMOS technology and physical layout techniques.
• Solid understanding of power optimization, timing analysis, and design for manufacturability principles.
