Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced leader in procurement or finance to drive team performance in a global setting. You will mentor a team of BOM analysts and push process improvements across procurement and cost-management functions.

The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with E2Open, Alteryx, Tableau, and Smartsheet, plus a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical background. Experience with E2Open, Alteryx, Tableau, and Smartsheet is highly preferred.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in leading process transformations, change management initiatives, and building processes from the ground up.
• Soft Skills: Well-spoken, with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle competing priorities and manage under pressure in a complex, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 6 BOM analysts.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, and continuous development.
• Provide approvals and remove blockers, as needed.
• Lead the adoption and integration of the Multi-Tier Cost Management (MTCM) system
• Drive the automation of manual processes across the team’s scope
• Collaborate with IT and Business Systems to define automated end-states
• Oversee the implementation of tools to replace repetitive manual tasks, aiming for significant reduction in administrative burden
