Qualifications

8+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Strong analytical background with experience in E2Open, Alteryx, Tableau, Smartsheet.
Demonstrated success in leading process transformations, change management and building processes from the ground up.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle competing priorities in a global organization.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 6 BOM analysts.
Cultivate a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, and continuous development.
Provide approvals and remove blockers, as needed.
Lead the adoption and integration of the Multi-Tier Cost Management (MTCM) system.
Drive the automation of manual processes across the team’s scope.
Collaborate with IT and Business Systems to define automated end-states.
Oversee the implementation of tools to replace repetitive manual tasks, reducing administrative burden.
