Job summary

NCS Solutions in Penang is seeking an experienced procurement, supply chain, or finance leader to drive team performance and process improvements.

You will mentor a 6-person BOM analyst team, lead automation initiatives, and collaborate with IT to implement the MTCM system while managing priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Experience with E2Open, Alteryx, Tableau, and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated success in leading process transformations and change management.
• Well-spoken with exceptional stakeholder management and prioritization under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 6 BOM analysts.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, and continuous development.
• Provide approvals and remove blockers, as needed.
• Lead the adoption and integration of the Multi-Tier Cost Management (MTCM) system.
• Drive the automation of manual processes across the team’s scope.
• Collaborate with IT and Business Systems to define automated end-states.
• Oversee implementation of tools to replace repetitive manual tasks, reducing administrative burden.
