Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance leader with 8+ years' experience to drive team performance in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

You will lead a 6-strong BOM analyst team, push process automation using MTCM, and collaborate with IT to reduce manual work while maintaining high governance in a global setup. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical background with data tooling.
• Experience with E2Open, Alteryx, Tableau, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 6 BOM analysts.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, and continuous development.
• Provide approvals and remove blockers, as needed.
• Lead the adoption and integration of the Multi-Tier Cost Management (MTCM) system.
• Drive the automation of manual processes across the team’s scope.
• Collaborate with IT and Business Systems to define automated end-states.
• Oversee the implementation of tools to replace repetitive manual tasks, aiming for significant reduction in administrative burden.
