Job summary

Bursa PLC seeks an experienced Cost Control & Contract Manager to lead the cost control team across property development and main contractor projects. You will oversee cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration to ensure financial discipline.

Responsibilities include managing VO negotiations, cash flow forecasting, valuations, final accounts, and governance reporting. Strong leadership, contract knowledge, and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; professional qualifications (e.g., RISM, MRICS) are advantageous.
• 10–15 years experience in cost control, quantity surveying, and contract management in property development or main contractor environments.
• At least 3–5 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, pricing, and value engineering.
• Excellent negotiation and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, feasibility studies, and budgeting for current projects and acquisitions.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement, tendering, and contract administration with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Review VO’s and design changes to control cost overruns.
• Manage project cash flow forecasts and valuation data with Finance.
• Prepare reports, risk assessments, and governance documentation for cost activities.
