Qualifications

• Member of MAICSA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2016 and regulatory frameworks.

• Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial matters and statutory records.
• Prepare board/minutes, resolutions, and statutory forms as required.
