Job summary

Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM) is seeking a Senior Executive, Corporate Communications to drive digital content creation, social media strategy, and integrated campaigns. You will optimize websites, craft engaging copy, and support organizational communication efforts across channels.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in marketing or related field with 1–3 years in digital marketing, strong SEO, Google Ads, and analytics skills. Proficiency with Canva and WordPress is advantageous.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field with strong writing and design skills.
1–3 years in digital marketing or campaign management, agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing and email marketing.
Experience with WordPress CMS and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Design and produce digital and promotional materials following brand guidelines.
Create and edit short-form video content and visuals for social platforms.
Draft, edit, and proofread copy for websites, newsletters, and captions.
Maintain consistent visual identity across digital touchpoints.
Develop and manage social media content calendars with key platforms.
Monitor social listening and engage with online communities professionally.
Collaborate with teams to translate technical content into consumer stories.
Track media coverage and prepare for potential crisis situations.
Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media.
