Job summary

Takaful Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Communications professional to drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and engagement platforms in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the Head of Marketing Communications, plan multi-channel campaigns, and ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor campaign performance, generate insights, manage content development, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize ROI and resource use.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, content marketing, and customer engagement platforms.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, prepare marketing reports and insights, and recommend optimisation opportunities to improve effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including business divisions, branches, agencies, media partners, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Support departmental operations and budget management, including project administration, timeline management, vendor coordination, and tracking of marketing expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Marketing Communications in executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that align with business objectives, brand priorities, and campaign goals.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, content marketing, and customer engagement platforms, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Manage content development and brand communications, including marketing collateral, social media content, website updates, presentations, promotional materials, and campaign assets, while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, prepare marketing reports and insights, and recommend optimisation opportunities to improve effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on investment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including business divisions, branches, agencies, media partners, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Support departmental operations and budget management, including project administration, timeline management, vendor coordination, and tracking of marketing expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
