Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, business management or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience handling corporate claims.
• Strong English language skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Access and review incoming claims notifications and docs; flag issues promptly.
• Identify policy coverage to validate claims and advise where clarification is needed.
• Communicate with insurers and adjusters to manage claims for clients.
• Review claims processing for variations; advise on policy actions and calculations.
• Collaborate with clients and servicing colleagues on claim-related issues.
• Provide professional advice on policy coverage, claims prep and operations.
• Prepare accurate claims reports to maintain records and facilitate distribution.
