Private Advertiser in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, seeks an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer for a full-time role based in Seri Kembangan. You will manage property transactions, provide expert legal advice, and uphold professional standards throughout the conveyancing process.

The role requires handling contracts, title searches, liaising with agents and lenders, and ensuring compliance with property laws. Strong drafting, analytical, and client-relations skills are essential.

Formación

• Admitted as a lawyer with a valid practising certificate in Malaysia.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in conveyancing and property law.
• Strong knowledge of the National Land Code, Contracts Act, and other relevant property legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients clearly.
• Proficiency in legal research and documentation preparation.
• Sound understanding of trust accounting and financial management in legal practice.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and client confidentiality.
• Experience with legal practice management software is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting comprehensive property searches and obtaining necessary documentation for property transactions
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents related to property sales, purchases, and mortgages
• Acting as a point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely legal advice throughout the conveyancing process
• Liaising with property agents, financial institutions, local authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
• Conducting title searches and identifying any issues or encumbrances affecting the property
• Preparing completion statements and coordinating the settlement of property transactions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant property laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Managing a caseload of transactions efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
