Job summary

DHL IT Services in Cyberjaya is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade Conversational AI and agent systems that integrate with critical customer service platforms. You will drive architecture decisions and ensure robust backend connections with Booking Service APIs, messaging buses, and ERP systems.

You will lead the development lifecycle from design to deployment, foster best practices in prompt engineering, and mentor engineers while advancing enterprise AI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT with 5–8 years’ software engineering experience.
Proven enterprise conversational AI experience with virtual agents.
Experience with enterprise platforms and ADK/LangChain tools.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy production-grade Conversational AI and agent systems.
Design integration with Booking Service APIs, messaging buses, and ERP backends.
Define CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
Mentor engineers and conduct code/architecture reviews.
