Job summary

CITAGLOBAL BERHAD is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the negotiation, administration, and close-out of contracts across construction projects in Malaysia. You will coordinate with project teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with Masdar governance and documentation standards.

The role requires 6-8 years of contract management experience in construction or related sectors, with strong knowledge of contract law and governance.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree from a reputed institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or finance or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and with third parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract negotiation and administration with vendors to safeguard Masdar’s interests.
• Develop contracts aligned with terms and conditions and ensure user requirements are met.
• Support project teams in day-to-day contract management and administration.
• Oversee contract variations, claims and related notices and documentation.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and approved scope.
• Close contracts following Masdar procedures and review Completion Certificates.
• Ensure accurate project payment processes within governance.
