Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in Contracts/Quantity Surveying.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, claims and contract administration.
• Able to work independently on-site with minimal supervision.
• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost planning, estimation and budgeting for ongoing site works.
• Assist in preparing and analysing costs for tenders.
• Evaluate contract terms in tenders and bids, identify risks, and support pricing strategies.
• Conduct interim valuations and submission of interim payment claims.
• Assess subcontractor payment applications following Sub-Contract requirements.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, tender documents and cost breakdowns.
• Handle site measurements, progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage subcontract payments.
• Monitor project cost and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare and close final accounts at project end.
