Job summary

SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a Senior Contract Manager in Malaysia to oversee main contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance and commercial optimization. You will coordinate with Project Teams to monitor performance, manage risks, and drive timely reporting.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of contract management experience, strong knowledge of contract law, and a proven track record in negotiations and claims resolution within large-scale offshore projects.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in contract management across SOWs like EPCI and subcontracts.
• Broad experience in sales and lease contracts and contract negotiation.
• Experience with project execution interfaces and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Main Contracts end-to-end.
• Expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
• Develop contracting strategies including Sub-contracts & Supply Chain.
• Monitor contractual performance and signatory powers; flag concerns.
