The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in contract management, including claims and subcontract management. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience covering all aspects of contract management, including claims and subcontract management.
• Broad experience in sales and lease contracts and executing contract negotiation.
• Experience in project execution interface.

• Manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.

• Ensure commercial and contractual awareness across the Project Team.
• Achieve auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings.

Purpose

• The Project Contract Manager provides Contract Management support for major projects or unit execution across Supply Chain, Client focus and Subcontracting to ensure a contractually compliant and a commercially optimised contract. You ensure the mitigation of risk and maximisation of opportunity.

Responsibilities

• You manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
• You support and coordinate the development of contracting strategies, including Sub‑contracts & Supply Chain.
• You monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements and signatory powers, expedite disciplines where necessary, and highlight potential areas of concern.
• You ensure commercial and contractual awareness across the Project Team throughout the life of the project.
• You achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings, including clear record keeping and regular commercial reporting.
• You participate in and provide input to Risk and Opportunities management.
• You provide Contract Feedback during the life of the project.
• You ensure Guarantee period management.

Education

• Broad experience in sales and lease contracts, in executing contract negotiation.
• Experience of project execution interface.
