Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Contract Administration & Compliance specialist to review, administer, and manage construction contracts and documentation across large-scale projects.

You will monitor compliance, manage variations and EOT claims, support commercial management, and provide contract advice to project teams, with a focus on risk mitigation and timely commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 5–10 years of contract administration experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of PAM, FIDIC, PWD and NEC forms.
• Experience with variations, EOT, payments and negotiations.
• Excellent contract administration and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, administer, and manage contracts, subcontracts and project documentation.
• Monitor compliance, rights, risks and entitlements.
• Maintain contract registers and project documentation lifecycle.
• Manage variation orders, EOT submissions and disputes.
• Support commercial management including payments and forecasting.
