Turner & Townsend in Malaysia (Penang) seeks a senior professional to lead contract administration, compliance, and commercial management for large-scale construction projects. The role covers contract review, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder engagement to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include managing variation orders, EOT submissions, invoicing, and ensuring adherence to PAM, FIDIC, PWD, NEC contracts and governance requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Commercial Management, Law, or related discipline.

Mansioni

• Contract Administration: Review, administer, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and related project documentation.
• Claims & Variations: Manage variation orders, change management processes, and contractual claims; prepare EOT submissions.
• Commercial Management: Support cost control, valuations, and invoicing; provide contractual and commercial advice.
• Contract Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Support negotiations with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; act as a key contact for contractual matters.
• Risk Management & Governance: Perform contract reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with policies and industry best practices.
