Job summary

This role leads workshops (Kaizen, VSM, PDCA), designs pilots with clear metrics, and partners with IT and automation teams to scale optimised processes while developing microlearning materials for adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant working experience in Retail, Store Operations, DC, or Logistics is advantageous.
• Familiarity with business process automation tools and change management.

Responsibilities

• Drive structured problem identification with operational teams and maintain an improvement pipeline.
• Translate opportunities into actionable deployment plans with stage-gate governance and milestones.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and workshops (Kaizen, VSM, PDCA) for Distribution Channels and Retail teams.
• Design and execute pilot projects with defined success metrics and baselines.
• Own and manage the improvement pipeline and collaborate with IT/Automation teams; track automation coverage.
• Develop microlearning materials and training toolkits to support adoption.
