Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as Content Specialist/Executive, agency experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven track record in end-to-end content strategy across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for blogs, social, email, and website with core landing pages.
• Analyze customer data and content performance for optimization.
• Govern content calendars across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure brand-aligned visuals.
• Provide high-level oversight of content produced by junior staff.
• Train Junior and Associate Content Specialists on SOPs.
