Job summary

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing visual elements for corporate events, including backdrops, signage, banners, mock-ups, e-invites, and digital displays
• Help the team format and design visual layouts for client proposals, presentation decks, and event concepts
• Prepare basic artwork files for printing, ensuring correct sizing, high-resolution formats, and proper layout setup
• Work closely with senior designers and project managers to learn large-format print requirements and assist with design adjustments based on client feedback
• Organize and maintain design assets, client logos, templates, and project files systematically

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related creative field
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of typography, color combination, and layout composition
• Strong willingness to learn, good time management, and the ability to adapt to fast-moving project timelines
• A portfolio showing relevant coursework, personal projects, or internship graphic design work is required
