Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Consumer Loan - Application Support Engineer to join our IT team. The role focuses on BAU support for corporate credit processing systems and ensuring system availability, with on-call coverage as needed.

You will work across SG, MY, CN, and International jurisdictions, tune applications for high performance, participate in DR/BC exercises, and collaborate with Tech Infra, application services and business units to drive SDLC-compliant

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Corporate Loan Origination / Collateral Management.
• Knowledge of Integro’s Loan Origination System / Collateral Management platform is highly preferred.
• Able to understand the application design & workflow in a faster pace.
• Have knowledge in Unix/Linux, Oracle, Weblogic, Java J2EE, DevOps, Windows, Business Object and able to communicate in technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support for Corporate Credit Processing systems such as REACH, Morning Excess, Default & Recovery, Global CIF, Global ADMIN IS, FOCUS systems in bank.
• Provide operational support and ensure SLI of system availability, online and batch deliverables.
• Support diverse jurisdictions comprising SG, MY, CN, International, BOS.
• Fine tune applications and systems for high performance and higher volume throughput.
• Contribute to business requirement reviews for technical implementation as an SME for IT to ensure SDLC standards are met.
