Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Consumer Loan - Application Support Engineer to join our Kuala Lumpur team, located at Menara Great Eastern 2. This role demands strong IT experience and hands-on support for corporate credit processing systems.

You will maintain BAU operations, monitor system performance, support multiple jurisdictions (SG, MY, CN, International, BOS), and collaborate with Tech Infra and developers to ensure SDLC compliance and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT experience with 3+ years in Corporate Loan Origination or Collateral Management.
• Knowledge of Integro Loan Origination / Collateral Management platform preferred.
• Ability to understand application design and workflow quickly and communicate in technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support for Corporate Credit Processing systems such as REACH, Morning Excess, Default & Recovery.
• Ensure system availability, online and batch deliverables meet SLIs.
• Support multiple jurisdictions including SG, MY, CN, International, BOS.
• Fine tune applications and systems for high performance and throughput.
• Contribute to technical requirement reviews to ensure SDLC standards.
• Coordinate with Tech Infra and development teams to resolve issues.
