Job summary

Pivotus Management Consulting in Kuala Lumpur seeks Consultants/Senior Consultants to deliver complex, multi-workstream solutions and actively contribute to winning new business.

You will take the lead on medium-sized projects, manage client relationships, coach junior staff, and develop deep expertise in a human capital workstream, while clearly communicating Pivotus’s value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Organization and People (advisory or operations).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (ppt, words, excel).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to winning profitable business by developing new sales lead, conducting background research, proposal writing, pricing, shaping opportunities, pitch preparation and opportunity spotting in clients.
• Deliver local marketing presentations. Takes the lead in sales calls/presentations and develops proposals in own area of expertise under general guidance from more senior colleagues. Provides sales/proposal support in major bids.
• Deliver high quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations through work quality and timeliness.
• Lead and manage medium sized projects or complex work streams, this includes developing the project plan, engaging the resources and delivering the solution.
• Manage small client relationships and/or support relationship development as part of the account in order to win work.
• Involve subject matter experts and more senior resources as needed and manage their involvement in the project.
• Develop deeper expertise in at least one expertise area, as well as an understanding of Pivotus’s broader offerings.
• Capable of articulating and discussing Pivotus's propositions, representing how our unique capabilities will align with the client needs.
