Conlay Construction Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor, seeks an experienced Planning Analyst to plan, schedule and monitor construction projects, ensuring timelines and resource use align with client requirements.

You will liaise with customers and work closely with the Senior Project Manager to achieve client satisfaction, handle management tasks, and apply MS Project (Primavera a plus).

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
• At least 10 years working experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
• Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
• Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Understand critical path concept.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft project. Knowledge in Primavera is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring construction planning analysis.
• Liaise with customers for delivery requirements and work closely with Senior Project Manager to meet client's satisfaction.
• Any other task that assigned by the Management.
