Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in landscape construction, civil engineering or related sectors.
• Experience directing multi-project sites, including high-rise, residential, commercial and public works.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking to drive efficient operations.
• Ability to manage master schedules, budgets, labour and procurement to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & communication: compile site meeting summaries and progress updates; maintain daily updates via designated channels.
• Work programme & progress monitoring: collaborate with Project Manager on tender work programmes and construction-stage plans.
• Project coordination & site operations: oversee end-to-end delivery per LOA, drawings, VO and budgets; coordinate subcontractors and materials.
• Site documentation & claims management: lead documentation, RFIs, CVIs, and claim preparation and submission.
• Material control & profitability: monitor material requirements, procurement, and wastage to maximise profitability within SOPs.
• Safety, regulatory compliance & stakeholder liaison: ensure compliance with regs, QA/QC, and communicate with clients/consultants.
• Other responsibilities: perform any additional duties as required and support the team.
