Job summary

GD Pavilion Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to lead and deliver large-scale property developments from pre-construction to handover.

You will coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with approvals, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with professional certifications added advantage.
• Minimum 5–10 years of construction or property development experience.
• Experience coordinating developers, main contractors, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: lead planning, execution, and close-out of construction projects.
• Cost Control & Budget Management: manage budgets, cash flows, and cost risks.
• Site Supervision & Construction Management: ensure quality, safety, and conformance.
• Authority Liaison & Compliance: coordinate with authorities and approvals.
• Quality, Safety & Risk Management: uphold safety standards and risk mitigation.
• Project Reporting & Documentation: maintain schedules, drawings, and records.
• Stakeholder & Team Management: coordinate management, consultants, and internal teams.
• Handover & Defects Management: oversee handover and defect rectification.
