Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction contract administration.
• Experience in managing construction projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payments, contractual claims, and quotations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in contract drafting, analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate construction contracts with clients and sub-contractors.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met by all parties.
• Monitor contract performance and identify risks or issues.
• Resolve disputes and manage change orders.
• Maintain a centralised repository of contract documentation.
