Job summary

LLC VICTORY SDN. BHD. is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations in the construction sector.

The candidate will handle full accounts, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and project financial matters. A minimum of 2–3 years accounting experience is required, and proficiency in Malaysian accounting standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or interior fit-out.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, e-Invoicing.
• Experience handling project accounts and retention accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, supplier payments, and customer receipts.
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
• Verify subcontractor claims and supplier invoices.
