Job summary

Sri Jutaya Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior accounting and tax professional with strong full-set accounting skills and construction-industry knowledge. The role focuses on month-end close, tax compliance, and leading a small finance team.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, SST and e-Invoice compliance, and liaising with auditors and bankers. A Diploma or Degree in accounting/finance is required with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Full set of accounts experience and timely financial reporting.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
• Experience in the construction industry and in an account/audit firm is required.
• Knowledge of Sales Tax and Service Tax.
• Proficiency with e-Invoice in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-sets of accounts, prepare financial statements, and month-end closing.
• Ensure timely monthly accounts closing and supporting documents.
• Oversee corporate tax estimates (CP204/CP204A) and deadlines.
• Advise on tax planning and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise finance team and manage day-to-day financial ops.
• Assist with financial reporting, taxation, and audits.
• Coordinate SST submissions and payments to authorities.
• Ensure e-Invoice compliance and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
