6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead FMF-related development and vendor integration within the Compliance Technology domain. You will drive the full SDLC, guide junior staff, and ensure regulatory alignment while collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders.

You will also write Unix/Linux shell scripts, execute SQL queries, and coordinate with testing, infrastructure, and compliance teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years in a senior/lead capacity in software development.
Experience in banking/financial services, especially compliance or payments.
Strong SDLC understanding and vendor product management in enterprise environments.
Proficient in Unix/Linux shell scripting and SQL; hands-on Java experience.
DevOps practices with CI/CD tools are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and maintenance of FMF-related applications.
Conduct impact analysis and internal data mapping during design.
Collaborate with BAs and stakeholders to finalize technical requirements.
Perform defect analysis and resolution; mentor junior developers.
