Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, auditing, law or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, operational risk management or audit.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Policy and Procedures Support: assist with review, update, dissemination and tracking of policies and compliance operations.
• Screening and Monitoring: track vendors, customers and third parties; maintain records and escalate issues.
• Risk Assessment: support compliance risk assessments and dashboards; follow remediation actions.
• Regulatory Monitoring: track local and international laws; help implement requirements across jurisdictions.
• Training: support development and delivery of compliance training and attestations.
• Incident Management: investigate breaches, handle whistleblower reports and maintain audit trails.
