DayOne is seeking a Senior Specialist, Compliance to support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and risk assessments across local and international requirements. The role emphasizes meticulous recordkeeping, incident management, training, and escalation of issues to sustain an ethics-first culture.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, auditing, or law and 5–8 years in corporate compliance or audit.

Responsibilities

• Policy and Procedures Support: update and track policies, procedures, and risk operations.
• Screening and monitoring of gifts, conflicts, related parties, and insider trading with records.
• Screening of vendors, customers and third parties with onboarding teams, records, and escalation.
• Maintain compliance risk assessments/dashboards and track remediation actions.
• Support training development and periodic training on key policies.
• Investigate compliance breaches and maintain audit trails.
