Nova Buildings Group seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Complex Solutions business in Malaysia as a profit center. You will drive growth by securing technically complex industrial projects and ensuring successful execution to customer satisfaction.

You will hold full commercial responsibility across the lifecycle from opportunity development, bid governance, and contract negotiation to post-award execution oversight to ensure alignment between sales commitments, engineering deliverables,

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in PEB manufacturers, structural engineering, steel fabrication, or industrial building solutions.
At least 3 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
Proven exposure to structural steel systems and industrial projects.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin control, and contract negotiation.

Develop and execute annual business strategy aligned with regional growth targets.
Build strong consultant and contractor networks to secure early project involvement.
Govern bid/no-bid decisions, manage sales pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
Validate structural assumptions, guide value engineering, and ensure scope clarity to protect margins.
Lead negotiations, manage key client relationships, and oversee project handovers.
Monitor milestones, variation orders, and payment collection to safeguard commercial outcomes.
Mentor and supervise Sales Engineers, Proposal Engineers, and Technical Support staff, driving accountability and professionalism.
Track competitor strategies, pricing trends, and emerging sectors to inform positioning.
