Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Good analytical, financial and numeracy abilities.
• Solid knowledge of contracts and legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: oversee contracts and frameworks, monitor performance and escalate issues.
• Contract award and renewal: manage extension, close-out or renewal of contracts per policy.
• Procurement support: assist project managers in planning and vendor selection.
• Cost control: analyse contracts to reduce costs while meeting schedule and spec.
