• 1–3 years of debt collection experience in fintech, banking, or licensed lending.
• Experience with high-volume portfolios (1k–5k accounts) is advantageous.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

• High-Volume Management: oversee 1,000–5,000 accounts with optimal recovery.
• Proactive contact via phone, email, and messaging platforms using efficient workflows.
• Strategic negotiation to agree feasible repayment plans and settlements.
• Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs across a large base.
• Documentation & reporting in the collection system with real-time records.
• Trend analysis to provide data-driven feedback to improve lending criteria.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain professional brand at all times.
