Job summary

XH Supply Chain (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Asst. Warehouse/Logistics Operation Manager to lead customer requirement management, oversee orders from placement to delivery, and apply data-driven logistics planning in Malaysia.

You will coordinate with 3PLs, supervise daily service performance, drive process improvements, mentor the local team, and ensure compliance with Malaysia food safety and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or above and 5–8 years' experience in logistics or related fields, preferably cold chain.
• Strong ability to design and optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions; excellent cross-functional coordination.
• Able to manage complex, multi-party projects; strong problem-solving under pressure.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred to facilitate communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand requirements and provide customized cold chain logistics solutions.
• Oversee order management from placement to delivery, including document handling for compliance.
• Use data analytics to monitor KPIs and adjust warehousing and distribution plans.
• Supervise daily performance of third-party logistics suppliers and drive audits.
• Lead cross-functional projects and develop the local team to build 4PL capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia food safety regulations and workplace safety standards.
