Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our metal fabrication team in Klang.

You will independently set up and operate AMADA, Trumpf, or LVD press brakes, read engineering drawings, select tooling, and ensure parts meet required tolerances. The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong quality and safety mindset, and collaboration with QA for defect resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC press brake experience.
• Able to independently set up and operate press brake machines.
• Experience with AMADA, Trumpf, LVD or similar machines.
• Able to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
• Knowledge of press brake tooling and sheet metal bending.
• Good troubleshooting, quality and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC press brake machines.
• Read engineering drawings and set bending parameters, tooling, pressure, and backgauge positions.
• Select, install, and adjust punches and dies.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers and gauges.
• Adjust machine parameters to maintain dimensions, angles, and tolerances.
• Identify and troubleshoot bending defects such as springback, indentation, and interference.
• Work with QA to resolve quality issues and non-conforming products.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and follow 6S and safety standards.
