Job summary

FLEX PRECISION MANUFACTURING (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD. invites a focused CNC Press Brake Operator to set up, change tooling, adjust parameters and run mass production on sheet metal parts in Johor. Reading basic drawings to plan bending sequence is essential.

You will conduct first article and in-process inspections, perform daily machine checks, uphold 5S, report issues promptly, and assist with production scheduling. Shift work and overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years press brake working experience, able to set machine independently.
• Able to read basic sheet metal drawing, understand bend allowance and spring back adjustment.
• Familiar with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum bending process.
• Hardworking, responsible, able to work shift and overtime.
• Basic English understanding for machine operation is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC press brake machine independently, perform setup, tool change, parameter setting and mass production.
• Read engineering drawing, arrange bending sequence, conduct first article inspection and in-process quality check.
• Maintain machine daily inspection and workplace 5S. Report machine and quality issue immediately.
• Follow company SOP and DOSH safety regulation, wear proper PPE.
• Support production schedule, new sample trial and daily production tasks.
