Job summary

MCE Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a full-time CNC press brake bending operator for our Greater Johor Bahru site.

You will interpret drawings, set up and run CNC presses, and ensure parts meet specs. Daily tasks include machine setup, monitoring operations, and maintaining quality through inspection and adjustments. Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brake equipment and setting up tooling.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication and sheet metal bending processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic measurements.
• Knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, angle gauges).
• Understanding of quality inspection and tolerance verification.
• Able to work safely, follow procedures, and maintain cleanliness.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a production team.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime to meet production needs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines per instructions.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and adjust parameters as needed.
• Inspect parts for correct dimensions and angles; document results.
• Collaborate with production team to meet output targets.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
