Job summary

MCE Technologies Sdn. Bhd is seeking a CNC press brake operator for our on-site facility in Greater Johor Bahru. The role focuses on setting up and running CNC press brake machines to bend sheet metal parts per engineering drawings and production specs.

You will interpret drawings, select tools, perform setups, and monitor operations to ensure accurate dimensions and angles, while ensuring quality and safety standards. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC press brake operation or metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges for measurement.
• Willingness to work shifts/overtime to meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines per drawings and specs.
• Interpret drawings, select tools, and program machine when required.
• Monitor production and ensure parts meet dimensions and angles.
• Perform quality checks and adjust machine parameters as needed.
• Collaborate with production team and follow safety procedures; document activities.
