Job summary

NTT Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor across multiple accounts, guiding cloud, infrastructure, and networking strategies.

You will lead incident management, service improvement, and RFI/RFP support, while coordinating with Solution Architects and Sales to design and estimate technical efforts. The role requires strong customer engagement, ITIL-aligned service management, and certifications across cloud and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical account management or cloud/infrastructure roles.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience in customer-facing roles and incident management.
• Cloud and infrastructure certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor across multiple customer accounts.
• Develop strong customer relationships and understand business and technical objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on cloud, infrastructure, networking, and operational best practices.
• Present technical recommendations to customer stakeholders and management teams.
• Lead technical coordination during critical incidents and Major Incidents.
• Facilitate bridge calls and stakeholder communications.
• Drive service restoration activities with internal and external teams.
• Lead RCA and follow-up action tracking.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Assess customer Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
• Identify performance, scalability, availability, and security opportunities.
• Review infrastructure utilization and operational health.
• Recommend cloud modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Review network architecture and connectivity.
• Analyze LAN/WAN/VPN/SD-WAN/Cloud Networking.
• Identify risks and resiliency improvements.
• Support hybrid/multi-cloud network designs.
• Develop and maintain customer technology roadmaps.
• Recommend automation, optimization, modernization initiatives.
• Drive continual service improvement programs.
• Identify and track operational risks and technical debt.
• Support technical responses for RFI/RFP opportunities.
• Review requirements and identify gaps.
• Work with Solution Architects and Sales on design.
• Provide technical effort estimations.
• Participate in workshops and proposal presentations.
• Conduct Monthly Service Reviews.
• Present service performance and recommendations.
• Maintain risk registers and improvement action plans.
• Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.
