Responsibilities

• Process General Insurance and Specialty Insurance claims, including verification of documentation, eligibility evaluation, coverage determination and settlement calculation.
• Provide efficient administrative support in claims handling per SLA.
• Stay updated on service standards, regulatory requirements and claims procedures.
• Monitor unsettled claims with underwriters and clients; follow up as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
